Not sure if this is the best, but I get great results from Mother's "Pre-Wax
Cleaner, Phase One." It removes the oxidation and fog really well and it
doesn't leave any swirls or scratches. I've tried a lot of the plastic
systems out there, and they're pretty expensive, and I never thought the
results were all that impressive.
