Since the squeal occurs when the clutch is out (engaged) it does not appear to be a throwout bearing. The culprit is most likely a mainshaft or countershaft bearing in the transmission. Not good new

I have never worked with a rope type packing for a rear main seal. I have always used a lip seal. I installed the crankshaft into the block this evening. I did a trial assembly to check bearing fits

The "100" on your pistons is actually 1.00mm. This is the same as a .040" oversize piston. The 150 (1.50mm)piston is actually .060" over and is the max size that pistons were made for the roadster.
