Does anyone know an ebayer by the name mo8toe2?  He made a winning bid on a 
roadster part 2 weeks ago and has not responded to the invoice or numerous 
emails.  What do you all think I should do before leaving negative feedback?  I 
would like to try to contact him before leaving feedback.  I wouldn't even 
leave 
negative feedback if he would contact me to say he would like to back out.
