You need to machine the top of the valve guides to a smaller diameter, then 
you can use smaller seals that fit inside your inner springs. Goodson 
(http://www.goodson.com) sells the cutting tool you need to do this. I 
would remove the cylinder head first to prevent metal shavings from getting 
into the engine.
