Thanks for the help.

I was saying I don't have the rertracted pads problem that bad rotors or a 
broken pressure limit valve would cause.

But I believe that the consenus is that my problem is caused by a case of old 
tired pads and old rotors that are a little groved.

I have caliper rebuild kits, pistons,rotors and pads on hand and will do a 
refesh next weekend.

Thanks to all the listers who helped with their advice and experience.
