Bill,
I was able to do it without removing the fuel tank. As I recall, I removed
the filler cap and installed the hose on the fuel tank, and then replaced
the filler cap.

Good Morning List,
The Fuel Tank Connector, that short, fat rubber hose between
the filler cap and the fuel tank on my TR-3A needs to be replaced. I
have a new one but from what I can tell the only way to replace it is
to remove the fuel tank!!
If there is an easier way I would love to hear about it.
