Message text written by Bill & Skip Pugh > The Fuel Tank Connector, that short, fat rubber hose between the filler cap and the fuel tank on my TR-3A needs to be replaced. I have a new one but from what I can tell the only way to replace it is to remove the fuel tank!! If there is an easier way I would love to hear about it. Thanks Bill Pugh < No! No! No! You don't have to do that! Just loosen the two hose clamps and remove the filler cap portion. Easy as pie! Dave (Been there, done that) Massey St. Louis, MO USA |
