I've been to a lot of car shows and don't recall that color on a TR2/3.
However, that is exactly my favorite color of big Healeys. What you
described is a stock color for Austin Healey 3000 Mark 1, 2, or 3. If you
don't care about TR3 authenticity, a Healy paint list is a good place to
find the color. It is a great color.

Today while out and about my wife and kids saw a "TR2/3" (they think..
fairly sure....) that is a "Smokey Blue/Grey". Unfortunatly they did not
stop to ask the owner, nor get a licence plate !
