It would appear that selector forks AND throw out bearing forks are 
potential problem areas. I spent WAY too much time trying to figure out why
various TOBs (including the one I got from Brian) were screeching whenever I
pressed the clutch pedal. Turned out to be a "slightly bent" yoke! Just out
of true enough that it was pressing on the sleeve with only one of the pins.
Maybe quality control on TR "forked things" was not what it should have
been? Worth considering anyway...if your problem involves a two-pronged
device that's supposed to press on something evenly, make sure the thing is
straight!
