Peter,
You seem like a bright and fun TR guy and I agree that most of the lights
on the later cars' dashes are pretty useless. At first the o/d light idea
seemed kind of silly and frivolous to me, but I guess it might be fun and
useful to install.
Surely the interlock doesn't allow the o/d to engage in reverse. If it
does, then I would be very interested in an electrical solution to this
disaster waiting to happen. If anyone can devise a reverse lockout for
o/d, Dan Masters can. The man's comprehension of auto electrics is
amazing!
