Hi, Greg.

This has worked for me in the past.  First, go buy a replacement
nipple.  Then try rapping the stuck nipple with a small BFH, as if you
were trying to drive it into the caliper.  After a couple of taps, try
the mole grips, then another couple of raps, then mole grips, etc.  It
will eventually release.  Increase the rapping force or the size of
the hammer as necessary.

AND remember to thoroughly rinse the nipple and threads with a brake
cleaner as soon as the nipple comes loose and before you remove it.
This should keep the penetrating fluid from getting into the caliper
body.

TSVs are important, too!
