I just re-bushed my front suspension and my bolts that
connected the a arms to the frame were also siezed. 
The fastest way to get them off is to invest in a
saber saw (reciprocating saw).  This puppy cut through
my bolts in about a minute per bolt.  Try and get a
slim one so you can reach the bolts alright.  Mine
worked well.  I think it was about $70 at Home Depot. 
DOn't forget to buy metal blades for it.
