I followed a Triumph link to an Italian Spitfire
website. It was in Italian, but if my crude
translation is correct, they did say that the M stands
for Michelotti.
Of course they could just be promoting their
countryman.

question),
but are Triumph mag blowing through their carbs, or is
there any proof
the "M" does stand for Michelotti?
