Sort of a kick too, to see a Spitfire with Italian plates-BG-is Bergamo-in the
foothills of the Alps, so this little spitty sees it's share of cold weather!
(I always wanted Italian plates for my Spitfire-but had to settle for AFI
plates. My Fiat 124 sedan had LZ plates-Lazio.)
Ahhhh, nostalgia! (It's spelled the same way in Italian as in English.)
