Now that one in the car,
>it is SO much nicer that I really would NOT want to have one without an O/D.
Maybe because I've had so many uncomfortable cars (the most uncomfortable being
my Fiat 124 hatchback and one of the more comfortable cars was actually a Fiat
500! Both when I lives in Italy), and never had an o/d-I don't miss it!
>But again, Nigel's engine is capable of quite a bit more than my stock 77 w/

Maybe-afterall,it seems that Dave's main reason for Nigel to have o/d is to
make him faster! He's not so much concerned with overdrives and the engine wear
that everyone keeps talking about.
