If the hole is on the passenger side, mount a switch wired to a windshield
washer pump.  Then mount a washer nozzle out of sight and aim it in the
general direction of the passengers head.  Then when you get those annoying
passengers that must flip all the switches, they will get a shot a water in
the face.
