I've owned 5 spits, currently still have two of them. My favorite is
the 79's and 80's. I prefer the black bumpers to the smaller chrome, it
just looks better to this kid's eyes. I also would prefer the
overdrive, although neither of my current spits have it. I would only
own a spit with a removable hardtop.
