I'm with Bill on this. I'll always love the original Spitfire 4 because
it was first, and because it was the first model I remember seeing (Sunday
school teacher's Powder Blue car, circa 1965). My own first one was a '69
Mk3 -- great car! Then there were the Mallard '73 1500 and the Pimento
'74 1500. My buddy's '72 MkIV that I've been maintaining for him the last
15 years or so. OH, yeah, the Hardly Boys RaceSpit 4, a '64.
So my choice, too, is all of them!
