The article is excellent!!!!  Easy for the lay person to understand without
all the EE stuff thrown in.  And does a much better job saying what I was 
trying to say.  But it is also a lot longer.  However, they also say what I
said:

    electrical pressure by millions of volts. This causes an extremely
