As someone already said, anywhere there is cheap labor. Mostly Taiwan, but
I've also seen China (they aren't the same country at the moment), Mexico,
Indonesia and India.
I think someone at HF has a sense of humor. Chicago Pneumatic is a well
known name brand, so HF offers Central Pneumatic, and Chicago Electric ...
