On the rear of my '53 TD engine, there is a 90 degree brass elbow
pipe/hose fitting protruding from the rear engine cover plate. It points
left toward the driver's side.
Can anyone enlighten me as to what connects to this fitting, where it
travels to, and what is its purpose?
