This may be a little late for the thread, but:

My TD came with a heater added into the bypass line, AND a
radiator muff.  That is, installed on the radiator slats are six
snap buttons which accept a radiator cover with a zipper down the
middle like those used on trucks.  I have the "muff" and it is in
very good condition and could be used for a pattern if anyone's
interested.
