Big Gorilla needed. Most impacts running off home air systems do
not generate more than 100 lbs.ft. If it does come off with home
air system than the original torque was lower than the 150 in
Schach's book. 

On the clutch/brake pedal shaft, you may need new shaft and
bushes. On LHD cars, the bush in the frame was replaceable. I
don't know if there is a bush on RHD. Soak bushes in oil as given
in shop manual for starter and dynamo bushes before installing.
You may also need to add washer shims to eliminate the end play
of pedals.
