Hi Jim,
Those bottom nuts are tough to get at. I went through this a couple of
weeks ago. For what it's worth, here's how I did it.
Soak with liquid wrench
Turn them off as far as you can
Raise the radiator with wooden wedges-I used shingles
Turn off the nuts more
Raise radiator again,etc, until the nuts are completely off.
