I have a poster on my wall of the DAP 100cc Kart which ran at Bonneville -
1996. Driver Dave Bradley achieved 120.729 mph (194.294 mph). They claim
the "World Land Speed Record 100cc". The certificate against the nose of
the machine looks to be from USFRA. As a Kart it has no safety features
that are specific to Land Speed Racing.

ps The FIA have a 250cc capacity class that allows Karts to run (they are
an internationally recognised racing machine).
