hi perry, i would put the shifter in 4 th gear and set the emerg. brk. or have
someone
hold the brks. on while you tighten the bolt. if you still cant get the torque
high
enough, put red lock tite on the threads and get it as tight as you can.
 it will hold, ok.   bob smith, ohio.
