Hi Paul,
You can still use the (trolley)jack underneath.
The trick is to loop a chain around the body of the trolley jack and over
the upper wishbone, then connect it snugly with a shackle.
Pump the jack up so that it pushes on the base of the lower wishbone.
Once the chain takes the strain there is only one thing that can give, the
spring!
Keep pumping until the suspension has compressed enough to allow you to
attach the relevant fasteners.
Release the jack and Viola! Job done!
Just be careful, ensure the jack is stable and the chain is of sufficient
strength to do the job.
