Hello All,
Okay I got the head off and its kinda ugly. It looks like the
screw chewed up the valve/head interface and made some gouges in the piston
top.

Take a gander at the pics and let me know what you think? I need to know if
y'all think the damage to the head can be repaired for a sensible amount of
money. The gouges in the piston are like ~.5mm deep at its deepest point.
It does not look like the cylinder walls are harmed at all.
The cam wiping surfaces look good also.
I am going to try to get a hold of Mike Young and see what he says about it.
I think he's the only contact I have for a roadster friendly machine shop in
my area.
I did a leakdown test and dang it was pretty good.

#2 85%
#3 10%
#4 15%
That's pretty good for a cold engine ya??? Course that's with a harbor
freight leak down tester..but it sure nailed the bad cylinder.
I measured the head and its like 113.3 ish mm thick how's that??
Help!!
Thanks everybody for he help, thanks Teddy for the last minute pics.
