I used the snaps. They can be bought at OSH or other hardware stores, or
probably at a fabric store. With the snaps you can remove the carpet to
vacuum out the car, and when time to replace it, you don't have to deal with
the glue mess.

Hello,
My chrome is in the shop, the car is in the paint
booth, the intior is in my room. I have 5 days before
the car comes back metillic silver blue, and a week
for the chrome to come back shiny. This is were the
question comes in. I was looking over the carpet and
realized it didnt come with snaps or anything to hold
it down. Do i need snaps like the old carpet or do i
get the glue that comes in the spray can? some help
would be appriacted so in a week or two the car can be
in shop getting inspected for summer use and on the
road for the first time legally in a few years.
