As a Washington State resident, I feel compelled to field this one. I have a
rag top, and a hard top. Here's how mine work. The rag top keeps the rain
out when I'm driving, but leaks when parked. The hard top keeps the rain out
when parked, but drips on my left leg while driving. Being from WA. a little
water merely serves to keep the webs between my toes from getting dry and
cracky. =-)
