Hello,

When I drove through Arizona/New Mexico I expereinced the most incredible
Thunderstorms. More then a Californian could even imagine and the top was
fantastic. It did leak while driving at low highway speeds at first because
I never had to really use the top. I pulled over to a gas station and
readjusted the clamps and that cured it. Yes, I did occassionally see a drop
or five sneak in and run down the inside of the wing window but still that is
considered pretty damn good for an
"old tech" top. I am proud to say that by the middle of the trip I was able
to throw up the canvas and secure it within 3 minutes.

So yes, they are pretty watertight.
