Boy, it's great to have quite a few folks watching this distro list so
closely.

My original note did contain a typo: I bought a '69 not a '60 (obviously.)

Also, I live in Denver CO, so if there is anyone nearby, I'd love to hear
from you.

Oh, I tried the www.roadster.org site but my browser is timing out. Is this
still a current resource.

Thanks so much to everyone already about he feedback.

I did get some websites I could use to order the brake/clutch rebuild kits,
thanks. If there are other websites or companies that distribute this
parts/materials I'd love to hear about them.

Thanks,

Andy Hencke

Glad to find a good maillist.

Last fall I bought a '60 1600 for $600. Had sat in garage for 14 years.
One family owner. Father sold car to son, I bought car from son.

I am curious for feedback about possible things to look out for. I am
already planning to rebuild brake and clutch cylinders as well as full
tune-up.

Can I use commercially available motor oil, brake fluid, antifreeze, etc,
etc. What tune-up items will I not find at my local parts store?

Is there someone on this list that can supply common small parts/supplies
like the rebuild kits for my brake/clutch cylinders?
