I don't know if this really pertains to the problem that Paul
describes because he suspects the engine maybe be involved,
but I thought I'd share our experience with B vibration ('66).

Basically, it took more than one thing to cure our vibration problem,
which, unlike Paul's, occured at speeds above 45 mph only. New
front wheel bearings helped, and so did new rotors, but neither of these
fixes completely eliminated the problem. After having the wire
wheels rebuilt, the problem went away completely. But I would say that
our vibration was a more progressive sort of thing rather than
a sudden occurence. I am betting on Paul's faulty motor mounts, but
that's just a guess.
