Well, my 2 personal favourites for grid music have always been
either "Hell is for children" by Pat Benetar, or "Crawlin' from the Wreakage"
by Dave Edmunds.....Or if I'm trying to get a decent time, it would be
nice quiet, soothing piano music, George Winston or Kieth Jarett.
