For improved fuel economy, one of the best changes you can make is to swap the FMX transmission for an AOD. There are an article about this in The Brickline. The higher gearing should give much better highway mileage, plus reduce engine noise, and increase engine life. Has anyone on the list tried this and measured the mileage improvement? Scott |
