Larry may be right, but the rules are often interpreted around that if
it doesn't say explicity you can do something, you can't. Putting even
a stock part in a non-stock location could get you into trouble.
My advice is to write a letter to the SEB and ask first.

The rule your referring to is to be able to prove the part
is
a stock factory part and not an after market replacement. If the control arm
has a Honda p/n legal
for the car it is bolted onto there is nothing in the rules that says a left
side arm can't be bolted on the right side.
