I should of clarified "swap". I meant switching the left upper control arm
with the right upper control arm and vice versa.

NOT TRUE. The SP rules allow you to update and backdate parts

long as no mods are required to effect the switch and the parts come from
cars listed on the same line in the SP classification listings.
