Answers to questions (as best I can)
1. Yes, trophies for Winter Slush. Don't miss the Awards banquet!
2. I don't call it unfortunate to run in the regular class, but more
challenging. The rule is referring to the present Slush Series in regards to
the next year's Championship Series. A novice (or new driver) is not
required to run in the novice classes, and can choose to skip a "grade," and
go directly into a regular class. The novice program has been in existence
for perhaps five years. Where do you think all those others prior to that
program came from? They just jumped in and started to swim. :) There was no
anguish, just fun.
