..... *In all cases*, a sufficient distance past the finish line must be
available to safely slow or halt any competing car from the highest possible
speed obtainable at the finish *without locking brakes or wild maneuvering*.
On the otherhand, only in autox would going around a corner at speed not be
considered wild maneuvering :-) he-he-he
At the very least he get's a D- for being beligerent about it. The race
should be over at the finish line, followed by a cooldown lane for safety.
