OK, since we're all doing this...
Age 32, license at 16:
1984 Dalton, GA: 79 Mercury Capri RS Turbo. On a highway, no body in
front of me for a mile, go up a hill, and right at the other side of the
crest, a guy is parked in my lane. Didn't see him until it was too
late. Fixed car.
1986 Dalton, GA: Same Capri RS. Going to a friend's house, ice, rwd, and
curves do not mix, cleaned out the ditch real good. Didn't want to fix.
1987 Dalton, GA: 85 Ford EXP Turbo. Going 5mph, hit patch of ice coming
up on a stop sign, bumped car in front of me already stopped. Put small
dent in bumper of car in front of me, no damage to mine.
1989 Chattanooga, TN: 84 T-bird Turbo. Out drinkning with friends, I was
the DD, so I didn't have anything to drink. 3:15am I go through a
yellow caution light and a drunk in a 323 runs the red light at 55mph.
Not a pretty site. T-bird was totalled.
1992 Dalton, GA: 89 Chevy Z24. A girl in a pickup decides she wants to
be in my lane and jumps over without looking.
1999 Dalton, GA: 92 Ford Tempo GLS. A woman in Cutlass convertible
decides she doesn't want to wait for traffic to clear so I can make a
left turn and rear ends me at 60mph. My car was totalled, along with my
back.
1999 Dalton, GA: 94 Ford Club Wagon. A woman decides she doesn't need to
look when backing out of a parking space and messes up the passenger
side of the van from the rear door on back.
