Anyone going to Japan in the next six months?

A friend, who rallies a lot (motor vehicle content, for the list police),
who was in Japan a while ago, has come across a fair amount of yen that was
unused. The exchange rate at the local banks is horrendous. It comes out to
about $720 (USD) at the current exchange rate (not the bank's). Please
