It would be relatively simple to put a maximum cone spacing on a four or
more cone slalom and a maximum radius on turns that is more than say 60
degrees. The long slalom on the south course was about 110 ft (most wing
a-mods were at terminal velocity at between 70 and 92mph, b-mod about
77mph). The section that most people considered a straight was a 150 foot
spacing slalom (about the same speeds, acceleration and terminal velocity
limited). On the north course, the rad of the big right hand sweeper was
about 200 ft rad (my a-mod car was going about 64 at 1.6g peaks.
Just a few facts to confuse the opinions. {:o)
