Not sure if you mean Craftsman is too bulky or had all the failings you
mention. When I started junior college, majoring in Automotive Technology
(even got an AA in it, then discovered computers courtesy of the USMC), my
dad bought me a nice Craftsman toolbox and rollaway and lots of tools.
Still have and use almost all of them, and that was in 1963!
