Now, don't get bitter.  I just don't think what you are suggesting is in
the least realistic, plus I tried to offer you the options which I think
would fit your personal agenda.  I am secretary of the Equipe Rapide club
here and let me tell you, administering a club is a HUGE undertaking. 
What you seem to be asking is for your local administration to do their
jobs twice?  NEVER gonna happen.  They are having a hard enough time
getting enough people to do it once, trust me on that.

That is a good question.  At the National Tour in Fort Worth I think
there were 6 cars, not including mine, and 3 of them had at least 2
drivers each (I say at least because there were some EPL entries but I
don't know how many).  That is not a reliable count, because Texas is a
big state and lots of people don't make an up-to 12 hour driver to come
to the tour.  At the Texas Region SW Divisional there were 4 FP cars and
8 drivers.
