Just seems suspiciously close to FS car with a race seat and upgraded diff.
(Add slicks and SFC and it might be competitive in CP, but that's another
thread :)

Too much torque == not enough tire. Doesn't it ? Or maybe wrong gearing ?
You can't "too much torque," and use 315 tires when 335 is available. (At
least for "full prep. "true, you have to go to Hoosier instead of K.. But we've
all seen NHRA races, and those guys don't have "too much torque". They do
have a lot of tire... We are talking about Pro-solo especially
aren't we... (Was ... peru musing ?)

Of course the ASP cars don't have this much. The Porsche/RX-7 TT are around 2/3
of that, the Elan even less. But we don't use 315 wide tires either. BSP
Corvettes would be the one to do a real comparasion. (I don't know much about
them.)
Or even CP. Obviously they have more torque, with more tire too.
