Minimal gains from engine goodies! How far this will go. I guess, we can
try to get a new proposition for naturally aspirated cars to run on no more
than 4 or 6 cylinders (if you have more than that remove your spark plug
wire or something). You know, it is on obvious advantage if you have 8
cylinders against someone who runs on only 4. So, we will just make things
more even.

This is beginning to sounds like an urban legend. Turbos are unlimited
source of power! Those guys just need to push the hidden button and they
will double their power! C'mon!  No mater what you do with for example AWD
Talon. Turbo charger in that car can not make more than 275HP. It just
doesn't flow more than that. How that goes for the unlimited source of the
power that needs to race against Cobras and Z28s with starting power
numbers greater than that MAX magic number for Turbo Talon?

No, it doesn't work that way, but it still appears to be the way that most
people think (and write) about magical turbo cars.
