Yah, that was a real stumped... and probably what made me sick before the
Invasion! I worked on that until 4:00 in the morning that Thursday night!! I
see now that I've reread the original e-mail that he mentioned replacing the
hoses. I assume that he means the rubber flexible brake lines to the calipers.
If they have been replaced I would definitely look at the MC. I ran into a
similar problem on a Frogeye Sprite I once had. When I got the car, the DPO
had replaced the front drum brakes with disc brakes from a later Spridget. The
problem was that he was still using the original MC that was designed for the
4 wheel drum braking system. The result was a similar problem to the one we
are talking about here. I had to replace the MC on the Frogeye with a later
one for disc brakes to resolve the problem. The difference was in the internal
make up of the MC like Jan was mentioning in his previous e-mail.
