Hi,
The trip back from Hudson, WI. I drove 17 hours straight and got to Erie,
PA (about 853 miles). I was very tired when I got to the rest area, so I
pulled on my hooded sweatshirt and leaned my head against one of my
Hoosiers racing tires. I woke up at 6 AM with "hoosier" imprinted on my
right cheek. :-)
We would have averaged a tad more than the 50 MPH that we made (we were
caravanning), but we made about 25 stops (really!) in Ohio looking for a
motel to sleep at... we stopped at pretty much every exit from Toledo to
just east of Cleveland before we gave up and stopped at the rest area.
I won't ever try that again! Boy was I tired.
