Michael,
There are many ways to do this as you can see, but I like it when no $$$ gets
spent. Using a 3/16" or larger bit drill through the rubber near the steel
sleeve in several locations around the sleeve. DOn't worry about the hole
closing up when you pull the drill. Then use a piece of wood or pipe or
whatever will fit and bang the busht out. No sweat, no aggravation, no money
spent. Took me all of 20 minutes to do all four.
