Tom---I can't feature what you are going to attempt with the ZS 1.75 doing much, if anything, so far as improving their performance. Sounds like a fun project tho, if you have a spare set of carbs to play with. Check out what the Haynes Carburetor Workshop Manual has to say about damper oils. There's a balance that goes on here between the air pistons, their springs and the damper oil. All three control the air/fuel mix when accelerating. Dick Taylor |
